Mr. Ratner is a member of the Climate Commodities Advisory Board and a shareholder in Climate Commodities.  

Mr. Ratner is an Investor with Kingston Infrastructure Partners, a global, value-added mid-market infrastructure investment platform. He is also the ClimateTech Venture Partner with Vectr Ventures, an early-stage venture capital investment platform based in Hong Kong. Aaron has over 25 years of international investment and advisory experience, including 8 years Asia, focusing on project finance, venture capital, energy infrastructure, and agriculture.

Mr. Malloy is a member of the Climate Commodities Advisory Board and a shareholder in Climate Commodities. 

Mr. Malloy is the grandson of Andrew Goodman, owner of the iconic New York City department store, Bergdorf Goodman.  Mr. Malloy is Co-CIO of the Andrew Goodman family office and Associate General Partner of 754 Fifth Avenue Associates.  

Andrew began his career at Bear Stearns in 1982 where he helped build the Corporate & Executive Services Group.  He went on to build a private merchant bank owned by Loeb Partners, serve as CIO of TAG Associates, found boutique hedge fund seeding firm Matrix Ascent, become a founding investor of WisdomTree Asset Management (NASDAQ: WEFT) predecessor Index Development Partners, and to advise and lead multiple investment management companies.  

Mr. Golan is a member of the Climate Commodities Advisory Board.  

Mr. Golan is the Chief Executive Officer of Concord Infrastructure Investments since its inception in 2020. Concord is the North American infrastructure and energy investments arm of two prominent Israeli-based private business groups, with an investment portfolio across the energy, transportation, social infrastructure, water, and waste management sectors. 

Mr. Golan has over 15 years of infrastructure and energy development, financing, and investment management experience. Prior to his current position as CEO of Concord, Mr. Golan served as Deputy CEO of the Concessions (P3) division of Shikun & Binui, a publicly traded global construction and real estate group, overseeing the group’s P3 business and infrastructure investments in the Americas.

Mr. McNeill is a member of the Climate Commodities Advisory Board and a shareholder in Climate Commodities.  

Mr. McNeill is currently the Co-Chief Executive Officer of Switchback III (NYSE: SWBT).  Previously, Mr. McNeill co-founded and has served as Chief Executive Officer of Switchback I, which combined with ChargePoint Inc (NYSE: CHPT), the world's largest and most open electric vehicle (EV) charging network and Switchback II, which combined with Bird Scooters (NYSE: BRDS), a global micro-mobility company.  

Mr. Soto is a member of the Climate Commodities Advisory Board and a shareholder in Climate Commodities.

Tom Soto is a long-time investor in the impact sector. Tom was born & raised in East LA County & Pomona, California to two of the state’s most well-respected Latino Civil Rights leaders. His father was Assemblyman Phil Soto, the first Latino elected to the state legislature in 1962. Tom's mother was Nell Soto, Phil’s campaign manager & the mother of their six children & a longtime advocate in supporting farm worker rights, labor rights and the need for equity for the Latino community.
